Standing Seam Metal Roof!

We tore everything down to the decking, installed high-quality synthetic underlayment, and screwed down 1x4 laths to the rafters to create a solid foundation. From there, we started installing the standing seam metal panels using flat pan screws, then secured all of the trim and ridge with pop rivets for a clean, durable finish.

This is a customers childhood home getting completely redone so he can have a getaway house! Truly isn’t anywhere better than “home”
