Another milestone completed! Framing is officially DONE on our new duplex project in the Blanchard area. 💪🏾🔨

It’s exciting watching this project come together step by step.

We’re excited to officially kick off construction on another project!

This duplex is being developed through a partnership between Ford Builders LLC and Ford Properties & Development LLC as part of our continued investment in quality housing for our communities!

📍 Location: Blanchard, Louisiana
🏡 Project: Brand-New Duplex 3/1 units
⏳ Estimated Completion: 60–75 Days

These units will be available for rent upon completion and will feature quality craftsmanship, modern finishes, and the attention to detail that our team is known for.
