We found the root of the problem!!!

This homeowner was experiencing sewer issues, and it didn't take long to find the culprit. These tree roots had completely worked their way into the sewer line area, creating a blockage and risking major damage underground.

We removed the stump and root system to help protect the sewer line and prevent future problems.

Take a look at this beauty...

If this water heater could talk, it would probably tell stories about:
📼 VHS tapes
☎️ Rotary phones
💾 Floppy disks
🎵 Elvis on the radio

This vintage Ruud Monel water heater appears to be several decades old. While we can't know the exact age without the serial number, a unit with this design could easily be 40–60+ years old.

The crazy part? Some of these old tanks just keep going and going!!

While newer units often last 8–15 years!
