To ensure the quality of our work we are continuously advancing our education and using the latest software equipment. Our memberships include US Green Building Council, American Institute of Architecture, and LEED AP Certification. Awards to our firm include the 2012 Outstanding Design Award for the Veloce Apartments in Redmond, WA, University of Alaska, Juneau Student Housing Design Competition winner, and the BPA Energy Edge Competition winner in the mid-size office category. We’ve had two homes recognized by the Seattle Times and the Seattle A.I.A. as “Home of the Month”.

Bill Rutledge and Willard Williams from RMA dropped into Villa Academy to give a quick overview of current projects, tools, and design techniques for a 4th grade class embarking on a residential design project. It was a great experience for both the young designers to learn about commercial and residential architecture, as well as for the seasoned to be mentoring in up and coming design trends, like 30 foot deep pools and 4 car supercar garages. We look forward to seeing what the designers come up with at the end of April.”
