I follow and watch a lot of small business accounts on social media and the biggest downfall that I see is companies cutting themselves short when it comes to pricing. This also goes for clients that expect quality work for cheap labor. I am not bashing either side but I am here to tell you that running a business is not a hobby but a way of providing for our families. Getting someone else to do the work that you do not want to do yourself is a luxury. Stop selling yourself short on pricing and do not complain when your $40 lawn guy provides shady work or stops showing up altogether when it gets hot outside. Here is a quick break down on how to know your numbers before you run yourself out of business.

Good Sunday afternoon. Got to stay in bed a little longer this morning and it was wonderful. Finally made it down and installed some riprap around driveway culvert. Let me know if there is anything that we can do for you.
