🌿 Another Productive Day at KB Maintenance! 💪

Spent some more time today knocking out cleanup work for our homestead client! Little by little, we're making progress and getting the property looking better one section at a time. 🏡

On the way home this afternoon, we also managed to knock out 2 landscaping and cleanup quotes! 📋🚛

It's all about staying productive, taking care of our current clients, and continuing to grow the business one job at a time. Every opportunity, every referral, and every new customer means something to us!

A huge thank-you to everyone who continues to support KB Maintenance, LLC. We appreciate every bit of it! 🙌

🌿 LIFE GETS BUSY… LET US HELP YOU GET BACK ON TRACK! 🌿

Sometimes life happens. Between work, family, responsibilities, and everything else life throws our way, keeping up with the landscape can fall to the bottom of the priority list. And that's okay! Sometimes, you just need a little extra help getting things back where you want them. 💚

That's exactly what we're here for at KB Maintenance, LLC! 💪

We were hired on an hourly basis to come out once a week and help get this property looking great again. Today, we put a HUGE dent in those flowerbeds! 🌱

✅ Weeding and clearing out overgrown beds
✅ Hedge trimming
✅ Cleaning up and redefining the landscape
✅ Tackling the areas that need a little extra attention
✅ Making steady progress toward bringing this property back to life!

The best part? We're taking it one visit at a time, making progress each week, and helping the homeowner reclaim their outdoor space without feeling overwhelmed by everything that needs to be done.

You don't have to do it all yourself! Whether your flowerbeds have gotten out of hand, your hedges need attention, or your property just needs a fresh start, KB Maintenance is here to help.

No judgment. No stress. Just hard work, consistent progress, and a landscape you can be proud of! 👊

Fall clean up doesnt have to be a huge project to tackle. A few regular up keep services is way better than a huge one time clean up once all the leaves fall. Give us a call or send us a message and lets discuss the several options that we offer.

What a perfect time to discuss numbers as I take a breath pondering on life. There are so many of us who rely on our business to support our families. Each year l, we see these new companies pop up and by the end of the season, you can't get ahold of them and wonder why. And the real reason is that they priced themselves out of business. Two things that I have learned while being in business for a 8 years.

1. Quality of your work matters.
2. You have to know your numbers if you want to be successful.

Here is a quick example of how to come up with your hourly rate.

God bless and Good day

Well, its not a blown engine or head gasket so thats a plus. We narrowed it down to radiator fan and/or clutch (fan spins but to a non mechanic, seems a little alow??), a coolant leak in which we let it run as long as possible before overheating and saw nothing, or stuck thermostat. Better news than being blown up I guess. We going to watch a few videos later, order a thermostat and start there. Guess the gas guzzler ram will do for now. 😆 see yall Monday.
