As COVID-19 spreads I would like everyone to know that I will do my part to help the situation and hinder the spreading of the virus.

​- I am going to limit my work to the exterior of buildings as much as possible to limit human to human contact, with the exception of emergencies such as leaks or broken door lock etc.

​- Keeping hand sanitizer and a hand washing station in my vehicle. I have a large water bottle I will keep full and a bottle of dish soap. If I cannot find hand sanitizer I will make it, even if it is a spray bottle with bleach water.

​- I will be keeping a bottle of bleach water in my truck to sanitize tools, door handles, steering wheel, etc.

- If I am not working i am locked up in my house like everyone else.

- If you have any suggestions I am all ears. My email is [email protected]

​During this time I realize a lot of people are not working, if you or a loved one has an emergency repair, a potential health hazard or something that jeopardizes safety or security pop up suddenly I will do my best to help, whether it be postpone payment, reduced payment or a "Pay it forward" agreement (free). Examples include things like cannot flush toilet, leak over your bed, water pipe flooding, cannot secure exterior door, etc. i would hate to think that during this isolation/self quarantine that someone was forced to stay inside and cannot use the toilet, so don't hesitate to call.

This is the best tile and grout cleaner I used yet. you just put it on the grout let it sit for 10 minutes, scrub with the brush that comes with it (if you buy two bottles) and you can literally see the dirt flying off of it, no joke. The scrub brush screws on a broomstick and you can stand up and scrub the grout. Pour the stuff in a spray bottle and it makes it even easier.

I got before and after pictures here check them out I even got one picture where half the tile is done half not. Is a little expensive but it's well worth the money. The homeowner had some Goo gone grout cleaner, it didn't even compare. I had to go back over the grout that I did with Goo Gone on with this stuff to make it match.

Have you ever wondered how to get perfect clean straight paint lines? Here is a trick you probably didn't know. Be aware however, the line is only as straight as the tape.

This is a big add-on! It is not a typical room addition by any means, it is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and master suite add on! I am doing the framing, sheetrock, tape, bed and texturing, trim, painting only the trim and tiling above the bathtub and the shower in master suite. Hunter is either subbing out the rest or doing it himself.

I will be adding to this album as the work progresses, so like or follow the album if you want to see it as it is built!

It started as replacing the old drawer glides with new ball-bearing type soft close glides and adding slide out drawer boxes inside the lower cabinets. Then she decided she wanted them painted and wanted the built in spice rack gone, sure thing. Oh and while we are at it we might as well change the door hinges to match the drawer handles and add pop-outs in front of the sink that hold soap and sponges. We're on it!

I'm at it again, got the spray rig out painting base before it goes up, I put them on my scaffold to dry. I love to paint!........... A painter friend used to say that all the time, while he was painting, my guess is that he really didn't like it LOL.
