DESIGN + BUILD

A fresh new look with beautiful details and thoughtful craftsmanship!

At Kyra Construction, we believe even a guest bathroom deserves exceptional design and attention to detail.

For this guest bathroom renovation, our team completed:

✔️ Window Replacement – Installed a new window to bring natural light into the space.

✔️ New Bathtub Installation – Replaced the existing bathtub with a new, clean, modern design.

✔️ Custom Shampoo Niche – Framed and built a recessed shower niche for convenient storage and a seamless appearance.

✔️ Complete Bathroom Retiling – Installed beautiful green and blue textured wall tiles, creating a unique, refreshing design.

✔️ Finishing Details – Carefully completed the tile installation around the bathtub, shower fixtures, and niche for a polished finish.

🌿 The result is a bright, inviting guest bathroom that combines beautiful colors, functionality, and timeless craftsmanship.

✨ MASTER BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION | DESIGN + BUILD ✨

From an outdated bathtub to a beautifully designed, spacious walk-in shower! 🚿

At Kyra Construction, we believe a great bathroom remodel is about more than beautiful finishes. It’s about thoughtful design, functionality, and craftsmanship in every detail.

For this master bathroom renovation, our team completed:

✔️ Bathtub Removal & Shower Conversion – Removed the existing bathtub and transformed the space into a custom walk-in shower.

✔️ Custom Floating Shower Bench – Framed and installed a sleek floating bench for comfort and a clean, modern appearance.

✔️ Built-In Shampoo Niche – Created a recessed shower niche that blends seamlessly with the tile design.

✔️ Window Replacement – Replaced the existing bathroom window to complement the new shower layout.

✔️ Custom Shower Glass – Fabricated and installed a custom frameless glass shower enclosure.

✔️ Pocket Door Installation – Installed a space-saving pocket door for the private toilet room.

✔️ Custom Tile & Finishes – Combined beautiful sage-green tile, textured white wall tile, and elegant fixtures to create a sophisticated, spa-inspired atmosphere.

The result? A bright, modern master bathroom that combines natural textures, smart design, and everyday luxury.

PROJECT IN PROGRESS | HOME ADDITION

We love showing our clients what happens during the construction process not just the final reveal.

This home addition is currently moving through the stucco stage on the exterior, while inside you can already see how the new addition is becoming part of the existing home.

For the entry area, we installed a herringbone tile floor to bring character and detail into the space. We also added large new windows near the front entrance, bringing more natural light into the home and creating a brighter, more open feeling.

From framing and windows to flooring, stucco, and the finishing details, every stage brings the vision one step closer to completion.

A home shouldn’t end at the back door. We design spaces where the indoors and outdoors feel connected, creating a natural flow from the home to the patio, pool, garden, and outdoor entertaining areas.
Large windows and doors bring natural light into the home while opening views to the landscape. Outside, thoughtful hardscape, greenery, lighting, seating areas, pools, and architectural details turn the backyard into an extension of the living space.
Whether it’s a complete home remodel, new construction, pool, patio, hardscape, or landscape transformation, we look at the property as one complete design - not as separate indoor and outdoor projects.
The goal is to create spaces that feel beautiful but also feel good to live in: open, warm, comfortable, and connected to their surroundings.
“Our mission is to create homes that flow naturally from inside to out - spaces designed for everyday living, entertaining, relaxing, and making memories.”

Bathroom goals? We might have gotten a little carried away. 🤎✨
For this bathroom remodel, we wanted something clean and modern, but still warm and full of character.
The floor-to-ceiling porcelain slabs make the shower the star of the room, paired with a custom walnut vanity and brushed-gold finishes that bring everything together.
We added custom built-in shower niches, a rainfall shower + handheld, frameless glass, and a window inside the shower to bring in beautiful natural light. ☀️
Clean lines, warm wood, bold stone and a little bit of gold. Sometimes the details really do make the whole room. 😍

We wanted to keep a little mid-century character in the space, so we went with warm tones, geometric tile, and penny-round flooring, then mixed in some modern details with the frameless glass and linear drain.
Nothing too flashy. Nothing overdone. Just a bathroom that feels warm, comfortable, and like it belongs in the home.
And yes… this is definitely the kind of shower where “I’ll be ready in 5 minutes” turns into 25. 😂
