Here’s the process:

1. Inquire about a StoneMill lot online or bring your own lot and reach out to Sales. This is when we will go over financing options and set goal dates.

2. Pick your StoneMill home plan. Each plan is customizable to fit all your home needs. Selection options and transparent pricing are included in our online Client Build Portal.

3. Build! Selections are locked in, and building begins. Progress updates and photos are shared through the portal.

4. Delivery. We walk you through your new home, answer questions, and do last minute touchups before closing. Then the home is yours!
