Build new or buy used? Here's the choice that shapes your everyday life. 🏡

When you build with Taylor Homes, you're not settling for someone else's layout, dated systems, or a to-do list of repairs. You're getting a home made for you—right from the start.

Here's what building new gives you:
✅ Full customization — flexible designs, finishes, and layouts
✅ High-efficiency HVAC, windows, and insulation = lower bills
✅ 3-year warranty for real peace of mind
✅ Modern open-concept layouts with smart features
✅ Everything brand new = low maintenance
✅ Builder incentives and closing cost help
✅ Build on your timeline—no bidding wars

Buying used often means outdated systems, costly renovations, and competing for a home that was never designed with your family in mind.

Build your dream, not someone else's past.
