House Mouse Consulting LLC is NOT shut down and is NOT planning on it. I am personally stepping away from housekeeping and other small tasks unless it involves my trailer or my children can come with me. I am still doing all of my deep cleans, construction cleans, etc.

We have expanded into a contracting service where I am a consultant for the larger projects such as roofs, decks, remodels, etc. I have been very transparent since I began that I do use subcontractors for these larger projects who have the same morals and values as me to provide safe, affordable, compassionate, inclusive services for all walks of life but mostly seniors and persons with a disability.

Except for the small deck jobs the I personally enjoy doing, I have a great network of contractors available for these services.

I have been very transparent since the moment I started my business about the process from consultation to turn key services.

Need a reliable solution for your hauling needs? Check out our 6x12 dump trailer, perfect for holding up to 5 yards of materials!

💰 **Rental Rate:**
- Only **$120/day**
- **Weekends:** $200 (Friday afternoon to Monday morning)

**Contractor Service Available!**
We offer after-hours pickup and delivery for your construction debris. Just load up the trailer, and we’ll take care of the dump run for you!

**Important Info:**
- Transportation not included unless you’re a contractor with the right insurance.
- Average dump fee is around **$110**, plus fees for mattresses and larger items.
- I know quite a few side workers (not employees) looking for work this summer if you need labor to load the trailer.
Let’s face it—while I’ll be busy making memories with the kids, my trailer is going to be feeling a bit lonely. 😢 Give her a purpose and let her help you with your next clean up project!

Last night, someone approached my booth and said they really enjoy seeing my impossible projects brought to life. My personal specialty is rebuilding decks that other contractors won't. This deck in particular, 3 contractors (not in my network) said it needed rebuilt. I was on site for another reason and took a look. My team was able to repair and stain it without demolition. The other deck, same thing. Not sure if other contractors are just lazy or just want money but my companies first instinct is to try to save what is there, if safely. No need to start all over unless necessary. We also repair fences and ramps.

We still have availability this summer for all of our services which is pretty much any project for your home or property. I am so excited for my first complete home remodel we started last week in Aberdeen! We are also wrapping up my second largest project in Matlock this week! Two very beautiful homes are about to be revealed in my portfolio! I also heard a contractor is taking weekend work if anyone has smaller, one/two man projects available for the weekends, his specialty is demo and kitchen remodels as well as sliding glass doors and windows but he is a Josh of all trades :)

Happy Father's Day from House Mouse Consulting LLC !

If it wasn't for my dad, I wouldn't have been able to start this business, get my children and I away from my ex or have the trucks I own. He believed in me when I had a hairbrained scheme to start all of this and continues to support the many changes to include my next chapter of this business!

He always enjoys my calls for new services we add especially when it's his specialty which is concrete and drywall. He will probably be on site tomorrow when we pour a foundation for another contractor. He has also been to multiple drywall jobs to check in and is the pizza delivery guy on large projects. I couldn't ask for a better father in all of this!

I also want to thank our papa who has also supported me and my wild ideas. He is always the first to step up to take care of the kiddos when my schedule changes.

We're all too busy to meet today but we are all going to Motley Crue in September, they just don't know it yet lol 😉 😄 😆

Friday 26th at 4 pm through Tuesday 30th 8 am, House Mouse Consulting LLC is closed. I need to focus on my family and study for my test the 29th. House Mouse Consulting LLC is doing a material run tomorrow, Friday to Portland. I can haul up to 2.5 tons and 5 yards of materials. I am picking up shower walls.

Did you know we are one of two companies permitted by the UTC in Mason Co. as a motor freight carrier? We are licensed, bonded and insured to haul all your materials for job sites, home projects, etc with after hours delivery and hauling available.

Leave all the heavy lifting to House Mouse Consulting LLC. Yes I personally moved 2 sliding glass doors with a helper. Today has been a very fun day because the guys sent someone who doesnt speak English. They thought that'd stop me from talking lololol 😆 🤣 🤪 they were wrong! Grays Harbor contractor hired me for delivery services and been to Sherwin Williams, Home Depot, and two residences. Stopped for tacos and another contractor said hey, recognized my shirt. What a small world!
