Unfortunately I haven't been posting much on this page mainly because life has been super busy for me. I do however have a couple photos of some of my harvest so far this year I didn't take a ton of photos of my harvest unfortunately.

Photos from the garden for 2024 not much to see right now but in a couple months it will be full of beautiful plants.

I will also be growing loofah which I will be selling as individual sponges but also trying to make loofah soaps as well with all natural soap bases and scents.

I'm so excited to finally announce the 2024 growing season has started. We will have a good variety of peppers again from super hots to sweet peppers. Unfortunately we won't have as many varieties this year of peppers. We will have greens, brussel sprouts, watermelon, and tomatoes. Will also have squash and cucumbers. Keep an eye posted for sauces from us and our friend Smoosh Acres Hot Sauce. Will also be doing jellies and going to try doing pickles from mild to insane and kimchi from mild to insane. If requested we will do dried peppers or powders as well.

Just a quick update I've been buying seeds left and right for this year. I have quite the list for this year lots of peppers but lots of new veggies including a lot of different greens as well. I will be posting a full list here soon when the last of my seeds arrive. Also keep an eye out for what I have growing I will be selling some stuff mainly peppers. I will also be making a lot of different things this year using the stuff I grow and I will be selling the stuff I make as well. Make sure everyone stays posted. My goal this year is salsa, pepper jellies both basic and flavored, hot sauces, and seasoning powders including pepper powders, spicy seasoning blends and other blends. Stay tuned it's going to be a good year.

When it comes to seed trays the only thing I look for is a seed tray that has a bottom tray to pour water into and dome to go on top to help keep the moisture levels right. The seed trays I use I just get from Walmart I have a picture of those attached as well. The seed trays are perry-morse seed trays I don't have an accurate price but do have a picture. I use fox farms ocean forrest potting soil to start my seeds and even when I replant them to bigger containers before going to the garden. Fox farms is an all organic potting soil mix and it's the only potting soil mix I buy. I get my soil from a local gardening store named tholens in Kankakee its around $45 for a large bag that will do several seed trays bigger cups and even some pots as well. As for labeling my seeds so I know what I'm growing I just use plain white plant stakes and a marker to right on them with. I buy my plant stakes from Walmart as well.

I wanna go over a couple pieces of equipment that I use to start my seeds indoors for my garden. So to start with the main thing I use is a spider farmer 4ft x 4ft x 80in grow tent I bought mine used from a friend but you can find grow tents on Amazon. The grow tent listed in my pictures is from Amazon and cost $129 for just the tent it's self and its the same size as mine. The next item and I use two of them is my temperature controlled heat mats. These are a must for starting seeds higher temps help the seeds germinate faster. I use one heat mat per seed tray. These are the exact heat mats that I use and for the full set up it cost $23.19 on amazon. The last item is my led grow lights I use two right now and it works well for the best results in a 4ft x 4ft grow tent you would want to run 4 lights. The lights I use can be purchased on Amazon for $79.99. If there is any questions about anything I use feel free to message me.
