Most homeowners don’t actually want a new roof or new siding.
They want to pull into their driveway and LOVE their house again.
That was this project.
This 90s home had reached the point where the exterior needed attention. The siding was failing. The roof was leaking. They could have replaced everything with something similar and called it done.
But we asked a different question:
If you’re going to invest this much into your home anyway… what do you actually want it to look like when we’re finished? That changed the conversation. Instead of immediately picking products and signing a contract, we started designing.
We built digital mock-ups of their actual house.
Changed colors.
Changed roof styles.
Changed siding.
Changed trim.
Tried combinations that looked good on a sample but didn’t look right on THEIR home.
And kept going until we found the one.
Then we built it.
The final design brought together a metallic copper roof, Tree Moss siding, black trim and gutters, new 6x6 porch posts, and custom wood shutters made specifically for the house.
But the products aren’t really the point. The point is that they knew what their home could look like before we ever started tearing anything off.
Now the project is coming together, the entire appearance of the home has changed, and neighbors are already stopping to compliment them on it.
That’s the type of project we want to do more of.
We don’t want to show up and tell you what you should buy. We want to sit down with you, figure out what you actually want, show you the possibilities, and help you build a plan that makes sense for your home. Because replacing something that’s failing is one thing. Turning that investment into a home you’re excited to come back to every day is another.
If your home is starting to feel dated, don’t start with products.
Start with the vision.
Send us a message with a photo of your home and tell us what you’ve been thinking about changing.
We’ll help you start putting the pieces together.
