The Shelby County Road Department will be doing cross drain replacement for the next four days on Little Crooked Creek Road between the hours of 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM. This is Tuesday June 2, 2026 thru Friday June 5, 2026. Expect closures and delays during these times. Please be patient as we work to improve our roads.

Tuesday April 7, 2026 between the addresses of 1424 and 1550, Antioch Road will be closed for cross drain replacement between the hours of 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Once this location is done, during this same timeframe tomorrow, we will move to the Scott Station Road end of Antioch and replace that cross drain close to the church. Please be patient as we work to improve our county roads. Thank you for your understanding.

On Monday April 6, 2026, Antioch Road will be closed between 1955 and 2238 due to a cross drain replacement. The closure will be between the hours of 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Please use caution in this area. Thank you for your patience.

Traffic Advisory – Benson Road

Over the next few days, weather permitting, Road Crews will be performing guardrail work on the bridges along Benson Road. Expect delays.

Please slow down, travel with caution, and watch for workers in these areas.

There are several slick spots reported throughout the county. County salt trucks are heading out to check roads and put salt down where needed. Please slow down and drive with caution. Allow our crews to move along the roadways safely. Thanks!

Our road crew is heading out now to start pre treating the roads for the upcoming storm. Please if you meet our trucks stop and get over or off the road so they can do their job. Also any subdivisions please have all cars removed from the shoulder of the roads for snow and ice removal. Everyone please stay safe and be patient.
