Almost wrapped up with this project!
If you see barefoot footprints, that’s because we want to make sure the roof is in great shape before we finish. Sometimes that means working without your shoes if you’re walking on coating that is cured, but you don’t want dirty.
This roof transformed for a black EPDM rubber membrane, soaking up the sun and degrading from violent UV Rays to now being reflective, watertight, and a much more electric bill friendly roofing system.
