We're nearing the finish line at the Shelby Materials Tipton Plant! With a 65’ tall concrete plant now standing, the full maintenance garage and office are in place. Agg Bins are complete with a ramp and conveyor system, and key utilities—including a 30,000-gallon propane tank and 10,000-gallon water heater.

Final touches are underway as we gear up to go online November 1. Stay tuned as this site is about to go live!

We're moving full steam ahead on the Shelby Materials Tipton Plant! Since our last update, the roof is complete, siding is going up, and slab prep is underway for the maintenance building. Conveyor belts are being installed, office framing is taking shape, and electrical and plumbing work has officially begun in the main plant. Stay tuned—more milestones coming soon!

It’s been a productive week at the Shelby Materials Tipton Plant! Foundation prep is underway, ramp walls are going up, and the cement bin is now in place—with much more progress on the horizon. Each phase brings us closer to a fully operational site that’s built to perform.
