🌞 A Friendly Reminder During This Heat Wave 🌞

With temperatures soaring and a holiday weekend upon us, we wanted to ask for a little kindness and patience.

When your air conditioning stops working, we know how uncomfortable—and sometimes stressful—that can be. Please know that our entire team understands the urgency and is doing everything we can to help every customer as quickly as possible.

Our service technicians are everyday people. They are spending long days, often working well into the evening, away from their own families during the holiday weekend, to restore comfort to yours. They are giving it everything they've got, but there are only so many hours in a day and only so many technicians available.

Due to extremely high demand, appointment times may be scheduled later in the evening, and in some cases, service may take 24–48 hours. We know that's not ideal, but we promise we are working through every call as quickly and safely as possible.

Please also remember that the Customer Service Representatives answering your calls are doing everything in their power to help. They don't control the weather or the number of service calls coming in—they are scheduling the very first available appointment and working tirelessly to keep everyone informed.

A smile. A kind word. A little patience. It truly goes a long way.

We are incredibly grateful for your understanding and your trust in us. Thank you for allowing us to serve your family and for supporting the hardworking men and women who are doing everything they can to keep our community cool.
