Today is 1 month from the day we started excavation on one of our builds in Sheboygan. We have made great progress!

Progress so far:
Excavation
Footings
Foundation walls
Insulation on exterior foundation walls
Backfill
Rough in plumbing
Rough in pex for in-floor heating
Insulation under slab
Slab poured
Exterior and interior wall framing, roof system, sheathing, typar, and windows.

It has been fun to watch this one come together so quickly.

Sheboygan build update:

We started digging 3 weeks ago! Plumbing is roughed in, foam board installed and in-floor heat is laid out. We are ready for final concrete and Set Day is on Monday! For our 1 month update on the 12th, we will have the structure up! Stay tuned for more updates and join us on Monday to watch some magic happen!!
