Proud day for Aldag Honold Mechanical.

Congratulations to Will and Wesley on officially signing into Local 400 and beginning their careers as our newest steamfitters.

Both guys have already been an awesome addition to the team, great attitudes, hard workers, lots of energy, and eager to learn.

It was great having our piping department manager, Dustin, there alongside Will, Wesley, and the Local 400 representatives for the signing.

We’re proud to have these two on our team and excited to watch them grow in the trade.

🎉🎉🎉

🎉 138 new apprentices. A record-breaking class. One incredible day. 🎉

Today we celebrated our 2026 Apprentice Signing Day, and we couldn't be more proud! This year's class is up 35% from last year, the biggest in Local 400 history. 💪
These future plumbers, steamfitters, HVAC/R techs, and pipe fabricators are starting careers where they earn while they learn, with no student debt. 🔧🔥
A huge thank you to the contractors who took time out of their workday to stand beside their apprentices, and to everyone who helped make today special. 🙌

Great day with the Aldag Honold crew!

We had our company cookout today and couldn’t have asked for better weather. Almost the whole team was able to make it out for some good food, raffle prizes, plenty of laughs, and a chance to hang out away from the jobsite for a bit.

Ben even brought out the sprint car we’re proud to sponsor, which was pretty cool to have there. 🏁

Big thanks to everyone who came out and everyone who helped put the day together. We’re lucky to have a hardworking crew that knows how to get the job done and have a good time doing it.

Pretty cool seeing one of our own out there making a difference!

Our apprentice plumber, Bryce, and his classmates at Local 400 were recently featured in the news for putting their skills to work helping veterans through a plumbing project for a great cause.

We’re proud to see Bryce representing Aldag Honold, Local 400, and the skilled trades the right way. This is what the trades are all about, learning a craft, working hard, and using those skills to give back to the community.

Great work, Bryce, and great job to everyone involved! 👏🔧🇺🇸

GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- Thursday, apprentices from UA Local 400 were given a unique opportunity to take their classroom lessons into the real world.

We’re slowly giving the office here at Aldag Honold a little refresh, and some new wall art just went up!

A few of these pieces were made completely in-house by our sheet metal team. Designed, cut on our laser, custom fabricated, and finished right here in our shop.

Pretty cool way to showcase the craftsmanship and talent our tradesmen bring to work every day, especially right when you walk through the door.

It’s a work in progress, but we’ve got some cool things coming. Stay tuned!

Not a bad week for the crew.

A few of the guys got out on Lake Michigan and put some salmon in the boat, and another group teamed up for the Quasius Safety Olympics.

We appreciate Quasius being a great partner this year and giving us the chance to be part of the event.

We take the work seriously, but it’s good to get the team together outside the normal day-to-day too. Good crews are built on the job, but also away from it.

Rush job, long days, and weekend work! The guys have been kicking butt getting this industrial ductwork built.

Today we caught one of our Youth Apprentices doing a little quality control of his own. 😂 Kids can find a playground anywhere!

Work hard. Learn. Teach. Have some fun along the way.
