Did you know that the DNR wants you to report upon the location of heritage species?!
Same, yet here we are!

The Wisconsin Natural Heritage Inventory Species Reporting Form is used to report an observation of a rare animal plant, or animal assemblage. The reports will be reviewed for inclusion in the NHI database of rare species locations.
