Did you know that…we install appliances too!!

-built-in ovens of all types: double/single/convection microwave
-exhaust hoods: vented and re-circulating
-over-the-range or built-in microwaves
-dishwashers, air switch garbage, disposals, and the list goes on and on
-If it goes in a kitchen and takes electricity, chances are we’ve worked with it before!

Small job completed on Saturday….adding a ceiling light in a room that had no overhead light. These pictures show the sequence from start to finish

*We always try to fish wiring and avoid drywall repair when possible, but some times it’s not an option. This room had finished spaces both above and below it…

When we do have drywall repair, we always patch the pieces back in clean, and then recommend The Level Handyman Co. with Dean Shackley to come in behind us and make it look like we were never there!!

Overhead to underground service upgrade completed a few weeks ago in Tonganoxie. Trenching by Zarda Electric on this one!
We smashed this out in 4 days start to finish including meeting with Evergy for a new pole set and power transfer. We went through planning, acquired all permits, passed all inspections, and provided a generator to the client during the changeover!!

Key targets met on this job:
✅ All overhead lines changed to underground including internet
✅ 100-amp to 200-amp service upgrade
✅ New 100-amp sub-panel in house
✅ New 200-amp sub-panel in shop eliminating rickety overhead circuit fed from house
✅ 2” conduit stub-out from house buried and marked for future detached garage
✅ New service pole set and re-located further from driveway for accessibility and longevity

Service call today and a situation we run into more often than you would think….newer home built 4 years ago and the exterior porch outlet has never worked….
-traced the wiring
-tracked it down via measurements
-located the wiring run and the bulge in the drywall
-more careful measuring and knowing where to poke for the final reveal!!!!

The drywaller’s covered over an outlet box in the garage so the circuit never got tied through to send power to the exterior outlet….found it, fixed it, gave them the bonus outlet in the garage and went on our way…the best part is no drywall repair needed!!! 💪 🥸😎
