This home required significant restoration work far beyond a standard paint project. Nearly every room involved wall repairs, patching, skim coating, trim restoration, and detailed preparation before a finish coat could be applied. The transformation from heavily textured walls, damaged surfaces, and dark finishes to smooth walls and bright, elegant living spaces was truly remarkable.
From drywall repairs and skim coating to trim restoration and final paint, this was a complete top-to-bottom interior renovation completed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that Bodkin & Sons Painting is known for.
Before: Heavy stucco texture, damaged wall sections, outdated finishes, dark woodwork, and extensive patching needs.
After: Smooth walls, restored surfaces, beautifully refinished trim, and a fresh, timeless color palette featuring White Dove, Pale Oak, and Pink Bliss throughout the home.
