Before and after of our 3 bed, 2 bath condo project. This property hasn’t been changed since 1994 and needed to be updated! All the materials were sourced and installed by us with the exception of countertop installation.

Here’s whats new:

Kitchen cabinets
Appliances
Faucets and shower heads
Countertops
Backsplash
All the light fixtures
Outlets, switches, wall covers
Roman shades and curtains
Bathroom vanities, toilets
Bathroom accessories
Hardware
Flooring, baseboards
Heaters
Door k***s
New pains everywhere including ceilings
Walk-in closet systems

This project took us 4 weeks and the majority of the materials were in-stock.

The total budget for this was only twice the total budget of our average custom(!) bathroom remodel.

Of course each project is different, but we hope that with this post we were able to change your perception of what’s possible and what’s not possible to achieve on a limited budget.🙂
