We completed this multi-level composite deck and railing last week after the homeowner had been without one for over 6 years. This is now a beautiful outdoor living space!

What was once a boxed-in, closed off kitchen is now an open concept, bright, modern space designed for real living. This kitchen was the top priority of this remodel, but once the walls came down and the cabinets went up, the impact was beyond just one room.

By opening up walls and installing over 1000 square feet of new flooring, the transformation completely changed the feel of the dining room, hallway and the family room as well. The entire main living area now flows together seamlessly, feels larger, brighter, and more functional.

At Hans Home Renovations, we value quality, integrity and turning houses into homes. To book an estimate for your updated living space, call or text (402) 646-1478.

This house was built in 1910 and never had a bathroom in it. Sometime in the past this room was turned into a bathroom. In the past decade most of the house was renovated but the bathroom was in desperate need of an update. We gutted the room, added insulation, Codr Plumbing & Excavation rearranged the plumbing, we replaced all the woodwork to match the decor of the house, installed a new window with PVC trim to prevent rotting and we tiled the shower walls and floor and the results speak for themselves.

Christmas is right around the corner and as we shift gears and slow down to spend time with our families we have realized that it's been awhile since we last made a post. With our busy schedules posting on social media has taken a backseat so over the next several days we will be getting some projects out there for you to see. If you like what you see please give us a call and we would be happy to discuss any projects you might be wanting to have done in your home.

Is your deck looking a bit worn? We had the privilege of sprucing up a deck for a wonderful couple that has used us before on their kitchen renovation. We just love the new look.

We would like to send a special shout out to all of the workers who have stepped up to help the wonderful community of Seward get back on it's feet after this storm. We have seen what a community is all about and it's been such a blessing to experience!! Proud to be a party of a community like this.
