3. Advanced Estimate (Remodels / Multi-Trade)
Cost: $300 – $750+
Includes:
Full scope development (tile, drywall, flooring, framing, etc.)
Detailed pricing breakdown by trade
Material takeoffs
Project phasing considerations

4. Commercial / GC Bid Package
Cost: $500 – $1,500+ or 1%–2% of project value
Includes:
Plan takeoffs
Scope breakdown by division
Schedule of Values (SOV)
Bid proposal (GC-ready format)
Value engineering options
5. Hourly Estimating / Consulting
Rate: $75/hour
Use for:
Change orders
Project consulting
Scope review / second opinions

Local (Sevier / Knox / Blount County): Included
Outside area: $50 – $150 depending on distance
