Framing is moving, the details are coming together, and Butterfly Hollow is looking a little different every day.

More to come. 🔨

Today we’re celebrating Dolly Parton, a true East Tennessee icon who continues to show the world what it looks like to dream big, work hard, and never forget where you came from.

Happy 9 to 5 Day from HBI! ✨

This one makes us proud. 👏🏆

We’re celebrating a pretty exciting win! 🏆🎉

Holtz Builders has been named a 2026 Best of the Best Commercial Construction Company!

We’re incredibly proud of our team and the hard work, craftsmanship, and pride they bring to every job. This recognition wouldn’t be possible without the clients, partners, subcontractors, and communities who continue to trust and support HBI.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who voted for us! We’re proud to build here, work here, and be part of the communities we serve.

Getting everyone together like this makes all the long days and hard work worth it. We really do have an amazing group of people, and we’re grateful for days like this spent together.

Pretty sure HBI has the cutest next generation, too. 🥹🤍

The HBI crew hit the course today for the CNB Scholarship Sporting Clays Tournament at Iron Mountain Sporting Clays!

We may have been keeping score 👀, but the real win was getting to support Sevier County Partners in Progress Education Foundation and the scholarships they provide to students right here in Sevier County.

Beautiful weather, good company, and a day well spent outside the office. We’ll call that a Friday win. 🙌

A day on the golf course supporting our community? Count us in. ⛳️

We had a great time spending the day with the Gatlinburg Chamber of Commerce, catching up with familiar faces, and enjoying a little friendly competition along the way. Grateful for days like this and the community we get to be apart of!

A great night celebrating the people and businesses that make Sevierville such a special place to live and work!

Thank you for a great evening, Sevierville Chamber of Commerce! 🇺🇸👏

A little before, during & after action. 🌱👷‍♂️

We recently wrapped this one up at UT’s Organic Crops Unit in Knoxville. Swipe through to see this little project come to life. 👉

This facility supports research focused on sustainable agriculture and organic crop production. Super neat things happening inside a building our guys helped bring together.

Turns out we’ve got a green thumb too. 😉🌱
