I'm proud to announce that we added several new team members over the last couple of weeks. Welcome Zach Robinson from Oak Ridge. Zach is a very inspiring young man, he is a father with a great heart, inspiring story, UT graduate, and very bright future. Wayne Fruhwirth from Knoxville he is a father, licensed electrician, and a hard worker. David Hall from Knoxville, David is a hard working young man with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and make our team's stronger. We also want to welcome back Dillon Allen. Dillon has worked on and off with us over the years. He started with us when he was just 16 and has grown over the years and although he's still young, he shows up and works hard. With the new hires added to our existing team members we are expecting big things from our new team members. We have a high standard that we set for all of our team members. So even though we have several new members, you can expect the same great service that we have built our reputation on since we started this journey in 2017. Autumn will be running the mowing, landscaping teams. She has grown so much with us over the years and has become one of the best leaders that we have ever had. She is a wonderful mother to her puppy Brodie, a great big Sister to all of her siblings, and a great friend. Her story and life have made her street smart and mature beyond her age. She is an amazing tough person and I expect such big things from. Adam has also been with us for years. Adam is a great father of two wonderful girls that are so smart and beautiful. Adam is also a very hard worker with many skills. He has become a master of the trimmer and has many other skills that come in handy with all of the services that we provide. Tay hasn't been with us for years yet but he has been with on some of our bigger projects, he came into with experience and dose a great job for us. He has the kindest heart and best attitude. He keeps everyone smiling all day. I love the way that he loves his family. Family means the world to me and family doesn't always mean blood, it's about relationships. I consider all of our team members family. There might be times that we're a dysfunctional family but we are a loving family. Running a business is never easy but having a team of people that have the drive and desire to do great work and please our customers makes it sound much easier. So even though you may see some new faces on your property trust that we are always striving to provide the premium service that you have grown to expect from Boyds Creek Lawn Care. We are constantly looking for ways to improve in everything that we do in order to make sure that our customers are the as happy to work with us as we are to work with them. We will be making more hires as we can get the new team members fully trained. Looking forward to the future of growth with this great group of people and our wonderful customers.
