After a couple occurrences of unpublished Google reviews, we have created our own solution that allows clients to leave reviews without needing a Google account!
Renew Painting now has its own Review Form for clients to leave their reviews -- no logging in required or bot checks!
Clients are invited to leave their reviews here: renewpainting.org/review-form/
Reviews submitted with a review form will be posted by Renew Painting to the website and social media sites too.
Leaving a review on Google is still available for Google users, but there is no guarantee those reviews will be published as we have learned from experience.
Clients are also welcome to leave reviews on the Better Business Bureau site; links to the BBB and Google reviews are on the Review Form as well.
We greatly appreciate the reviews clients leave as it helps others know that Renew Painting is a reliable business, but we don't enjoy having to request screenshots from clients in order to get Google to post reviews.
We hope our Review Form solution will be a pleasant change for many of our clients!
