Some people just have a natural talent for what they do, and 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲! 💛

Chad has been part of the 𝗛𝗠𝗖 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟭𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, and over those years, he's become an incredibly valuable part of our team.

A highly skilled carpenter with an eye for detail, Chad takes pride in his work and understands that it's often the little things that make the biggest difference. From the craftsmanship you can see to the details you might never notice, he's the kind of guy who believes in doing things right.

And after 13 years with HMC, we can confidently say 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱! 🔨🏡

Born and raised right here in the Upstate, Chad is a hometown guy through and through. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and heading into the woods for a little deer hunting. 🦌🌲

As for his personality? Chad is about as 𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗱-𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗼-𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 as they come. He's not one to make a big fuss, and he brings a steady, easygoing attitude to whatever the day throws his way.

👋 MEET THE TEAM: TONI

𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘸𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮! 💛

Toni is our 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 and handles gutter sales here at HMC. From meeting with customers and answering questions to helping homeowners figure out the right solution for their home, Toni brings plenty of knowledge—and even more personality—to the job.

One of Toni’s greatest strengths is her ability to 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿. She has a naturally positive outlook, loves cheering others on, and can usually find a way to bring a little good energy into the day.

But don’t let the professional title fool you… 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗳𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝘁𝗼𝗼. 😂 Around the office, Toni isn’t afraid to laugh, cut up, and keep the rest of us entertained.

Outside of work, Toni is happiest 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀, but one of her very favorite places to be is anywhere her 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 are. Being 𝗠𝗶𝗺𝗶 is a title she wears proudly, and spending time with them is at the top of her list. 💛

Her 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 is also an important part of who she is and something that helps guide the positivity and encouragement she shares with others.

Whether she’s helping a customer with gutters, motivating someone who needs it, enjoying the outdoors, loving on her grandbabies, or making the rest of us laugh, Toni brings a whole lot of heart to the HMC family.

👋 MEET THE TEAM: MELANIE

If you’ve called the office, stopped by, needed something scheduled, had a question answered—or just needed someone to figure out what in the world is going on—there’s a pretty good chance you’ve talked to 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲. 💛

Melanie is the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗠𝗖 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 and has been part of the HMC family for almost 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. Born and raised right here in 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗮, 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮, the Upstate has always been home.

Around HMC, “Office Manager” only begins to cover it. Melanie helps keep the day-to-day moving, keeps everyone pointed in the right direction, and wears about a dozen different hats depending on what the day brings. Around here, we like to call her our “𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺.” 😉

Outside of HMC, her favorite title is simply 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗮. She has two children—a daughter who turns 13 next month and a 6-year-old son—and they are without a doubt her pride and joy. ❤️

When she isn't at the office or busy being Mama, Melanie loves bringing people together. Give her an excuse to host a get-together, spend time with friends, enjoy a cocktail, and make some memories, and she's happy. 🥂

One of the things that defines Melanie most is her ability to 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻. She believes there's usually a bright side—you may just have to look a little harder to find it.

For almost five years, she's helped keep the wheels turning behind the scenes at HMC, and we're pretty sure she'd tell you there's never a dull moment around here.

👋 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠: 𝗝𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗦

If you’ve been around HMC for any length of time, chances are you’ve heard us talk about “𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀.” 💛

Adam Jones is the President and founder of 𝗛𝗠𝗖 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, starting the company back in 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟵. He’s lived a little bit of everywhere—from Amsterdam, Holland to New York—but Clemson, South Carolina is where he has spent the majority of his life, planted his roots, built his business, and made his home.

Around here, Jones is the one who 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗼 ’𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. He leads the way, keeps us moving forward, and has built HMC into much more than a business—it’s a family.

When he’s not working, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find him on two wheels. 🏍️ Jones loves riding his Harley-Davidson and has the miles to prove it—from multiple trips to 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘀 to completing an 𝗜𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 and plenty of adventures in between.

He’s also a Clemson Football fan through and through 🐅, loves fishing, and is always up for a good crawfish boil or get-together with friends.

But if there’s one thing that describes Jones better than any title ever could, it’s this:

𝗧𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

He may be “Bossman” around HMC, but to all of us, he’s so much more than that.

Here’s to the man who started it all and still keeps us on our toes more than 25 years later. 💛
