Remembering the Woman Who Helped Build Our Foundation…

Some people build businesses. Others build people, communities, and lasting legacies.

Terri Luckeroth was one of those extraordinary people.

As co-owner of our companies, Terri poured her heart into everything she did. She believed in serving others, supporting her local communities, and treating everyone who walked through our doors like family.

One of her greatest dreams was bringing Marysville Ready Mix into the Luckeroth family of businesses—a dream she proudly turned into reality through determination, vision, and unwavering dedication.

To so many, Terri was a respected leader. But to those who knew her best, she was so much more. She was a loving wife, a devoted mother, a cherished grandmother, a caring sister, an aunt, and a loyal friend. She had an incredible gift for making people feel seen, valued, and loved. She loved the guys at our plants, and seen them as more than just employees. They were family!

Although Terri is no longer with us, her influence can still be felt every single day—in the businesses she helped build, the communities she cared for, and the countless lives she touched along the way.

Her legacy is woven into the foundation of everything we do, and she will forever be missed, remembered, and deeply loved.

What You’ll Do:

* Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.
* Learn to batch concrete loads while ensuring quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

✔ Must be at least 18 years old
✔ Valid driver’s license required
✔ Class A or Class B CDL preferred (training available for the right candidate)
✔ Good driving record
✔ Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
✔ Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team

Meet Dean Luckeroth—owner of Seneca Ready Mix, Marysville Ready Mix, Seneca Transportation, Nemaha Sand & Gravel, and Luckeroth Masonry.

Dean isn’t the kind of owner you’ll find sitting behind a desk. More often than not, you’ll find him laying brick, driving a concrete truck, checking on a job site, or doing whatever needs to be done. His leadership has never been about titles—it’s been about hard work, integrity, and leading by example.

When he’s not hard at work, you’ll likely find him unwinding at the Lake of the Ozarks, enjoying some well-earned time with family and friends.
