We are excited to announce that we are hiring positions for equipment operators.

Job duties
-Operate a range of heavy equipment to complete job site objectives efficiently and safely.
-Demonstrate knowledge and hands-on experience with laser grade equipment with an understanding of grading and elevation concepts in construction.
-Support site preparation and clearing using powered and manual hand tools including shovels, axes, chainsaws, trimmers, sledgehammers and compaction devices.
-Maintain, clean and organize job site vehicles, and company properties.
-Be responsible for reading, understanding, and working from engineered drawings and site plans to ensure all work is performed to specification. This includes identifying key details such as elevations, dimensions, grades, and materials.

Qualifications
-Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
-Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-Must have reliable transportation to work daily.
-Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus.
-Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

On this job we connected to a pipe coming under the roadway and put in 280’ of 15” pipe. Dug a swale about 330’ and put rip rap inside it and also tied in 9 gutter drains to drain into it. We also spread about 20 loads of dirt to slope out a big drop off coming off the road and filled in multiple low spots in the field to make the water drain better.

This customer wanted to upgrade his patio area for his pool accessories and bbq grills and smokers. We removed all the old patio stones and put concrete back and flushed it up with his pool concrete.
