This older fixture had served its purpose, but it was time for an upgrade. We replaced it with a modern LED fixture that brightens the space, improves efficiency, and gives the room a cleaner, updated look. Sometimes a simple lighting change is all it takes to transform a room.

Meet the Team — Josiah & Amanda

A lot of people know me through the work I’ve done over the years, but I wanted to take a minute to share why I started Fleming Services.

I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands. There’s something satisfying about solving problems and fixing things the right way. Sitting behind a desk all day? That was never the dream.

For years, I used my skills to help build other businesses. Along the way, I realized I wanted to build something of my own—something where the effort I put in each day could help create a better future for the family Amanda and I are starting together.

While I’m out on job sites, Amanda is the one behind the scenes. She manages our business page, keeps everything organized, connects with customers, schedules appointments, and helps keep everything running smoothly. Fleming Services is truly a team effort, and I couldn’t do it without her.

With our wedding just around the corner, Fleming Services represents more than a business. It’s the foundation of the life we’re creating together and the opportunity to provide for our future family by doing work we’re proud of.

Our goal is simple: show up when we say we will, do the job right, treat people honestly, and leave every home better than we found it.
