Summary Description: Coordinate communications between office staff, Superintendents, Homebuyers, our Realtors/Sales Team and Trade Partners. Ensure that all parties acknowledge agreement as to the specifications contained in the Agreement of Sale and distribute same in a timely manner. Coordinates, schedules and documents all Customer Care activity. Coordinate the completion of Design Center selections with Custom Homebuyers including document review, approval and distribution.
