MBX’s team has perfected the process of staining and sealing a concrete floor without using any stain, chemical, acid or epoxy. Using the correct ratio of paint thinner, mineral spirits and linseed oil (and adding a normal wood stain) along with a rotary buffer (just at the perfect time after the concrete is poured) you can achieve a (color and patina) lifelong finish that is maintenance free, and cheap af too. About 6500 feet of floor for 400 bucks? Yep. We did that.
