This afternoon was about more than completing a renovation—it was about celebrating the next chapter for the Navarro ISD Panthers, a school district that means so much to this community.

The Koehler Company is proud to have been part of the refresh and remodel of the former high school as it begins its new chapter as the district’s junior high at the start of 2026-2027 school year. Today’s renaming ceremony was a special opportunity to see this historic campus honored while looking ahead to the students and families who will continue excelling and making memories within these walls.

We are grateful to the leadership of Navarro ISD, AGCM, and O’Connell Robertson Architects for allowing our team to give the campus a fresh start for the next generation of students. A campus our community and students are proud to call their school.

Different projects. Different clients. One goal—building spaces that make a difference in our communities.

These photos highlight three of our most recent completed projects: Texas Lutheran University Student Athletic Center named in honor of the great Verne Lundquist, the state of the art Medical Office Building for Guadalupe Regional Medical Center, and the renovations and additions to Seguin ISD - Home of the Matadors Jim Barnes Middle School.

One of the things The Koehler Company enjoys most about what we do is the opportunity to adapt and meet the needs of every client and every project. Whether we’re creating a space for student-athletes to compete and grow, helping expand access to quality healthcare, or improving a school for the next generation of students, we are committed to our quality, project efficiency and going the extra mile for our clients.

As we reflect on this weekend’s celebration of 250 years of American History, we are reminded that every great success story is built on a strong foundation.

At the future Comal County ESD 3 Fire Station 52, our team is in the midst of laying the groundwork for a facility that will serve those who answer the call when their community needs them most. While the foundation may soon be hidden beneath the finished building, it will remain one of the most important parts of the project—providing the strength, stability, and reliability this station will depend on for generations.

Stay tuned as we continue to watch this project take shape for the men and women who selflessly put their lives on the line each and every day for their community!

Thank you to all first responders and service men and women for protecting our Country and our lives! The Koehler Company hopes everyone had a safe and happy 4th of July weekend!! 🇺🇸🎇

May 14th, 2026 marked the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the Guadalupe Regional Medical Center / Guadalupe Regional Medical Group Laurel Medical Office Building for our team.

Our team was honored to stand alongside state dignitaries, healthcare leaders, community members, and the incredible team who helped bring this vision to life. What began as a vision and a commitment to exemplary healthcare for this community now stands proudly as a place where lives will be cared for, families will find comfort, and healing will happen every single day. This building is more than concrete and steel. It represents hope, progress, and an investment in the future of Seguin and Guadalupe County. Long after the speeches are over and the ribbon has been cut, this facility will continue serving people during some of the most important moments of their lives.

Yesterday our team had the honor of celebrating the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Comal ISD Canyon Lake High School Hawk’s brand new locker rooms and batting cages!! This project provided spaces where the Hawk’s athletes can prepare, compete, and grow. With locker rooms centered around team pride, pre-game focus, and post-game celebrations and batting cages built for big swings, bigger dreams, and a whole lot of future highlight reels, our team showed up and finished strong.

Seeing the players, coaches, and community come together to open these doors made every early morning and late night worth it. This is why we do what we do.Here’s to the next generation of athletes stepping up to the plate in a space built just for them. 💪
