Finding the *right* contractor can take time, and I’d much rather see a homeowner wait for someone they trust than rush into a project because someone promised the fastest start date. • Reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail

Pay: $19–$35/hour, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), uniforms, and opportunities to advance to a Lead Carpenter.

Our residential remodeling and renovation projects are booking into Fall/Winter 2027 throughout Rhode Island and Greater Seekonk, MA.

Know your way around a remodel and take pride in doing things right? We are seeking local, organized professionals with finish carpentry experience, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliable transportation. An understanding of construction estimating is a plus.

Positions involve carpentry work on mostly residential remodeling and renovation jobs, booking into the Fall/Winter of 2027 throughout Rhode Island and Greater Seekonk, Massachusetts.

$19–$35/hour + PTO + paid holidays + 401(k)
