🏡 Spec House Update 🔨

One of our favorite parts of the building process is seeing all the separate pieces start coming together.

The cabinets are in, tile work is taking shape, paint is on the walls, and trim and doors are being installed throughout the home. What was once just a framed structure is quickly becoming a finished home.

There’s still plenty to do, but every day brings noticeable progress—and that’s what keeps us excited about the work.

We’re looking forward to sharing the finished product soon. Stay tuned!

Progress update from Anderson Builders 🔨

We’ve been working on the custom border detail around the stair opening — and it’s really starting to tie the whole staircase together. The clean oak wrap, crisp miters, and matching trim work add a finished look while keeping everything sharp and seamless.

Sometimes it’s the smaller finish details that make the biggest difference. 👌
