Making progress on the Chillicothe project.

Got the sewer line installed and tied into the house. A lot of digging, measuring, fitting and getting the grade right to make sure everything flows like it should.

Not the most glamorous part of the build, but it’s a big part of making the whole thing work. Got it in the ground and now we can get everything covered back up and keep moving. 👊

This one is really starting to come together. 👌

Got the siding, stone, cedar shutters and gable trusses all working together. It’s looking pretty sharp, especially at night.

Still a ways to go, but we’re getting close. Can’t wait to see this one finished up!

⚡ Progress Update! ⚡

Big milestone on this build! Our crew has completed the underground electrical service from the transformer to the home, setting the stage for permanent power. Inside, the electrical panel is trimmed out with clean, organized wiring and clearly labeled circuits—making future service and maintenance a breeze.

It’s always rewarding to see the infrastructure come together. The work behind the walls and underground may not always be visible, but it’s what keeps a home running safely and efficiently for years to come.

Another big milestone checked off in Sedalia! ✅

The drywall is complete, and this home is really starting to come together. With smooth walls, finished ceilings, and natural light pouring through the windows, you can finally see the vision take shape. Trim is underway, and every day brings us one step closer to the finished product.

We’re proud of the craftsmanship that goes into every stage of the build and can’t wait to share more progress as this custom home continues to take shape.

✅ Electrical rough-in complete
✅ Plumbing rough-in complete
✅ HVAC rough-in complete
✅ Cellulose insulation installed

With all of the mechanical systems wrapped up and the home fully insulated, we’re one step closer to bringing this project to life. Every stage matters, and taking the time to get the work behind the walls done right sets the foundation for a quality home that will last for years to come.

Next up: drywall! Stay tuned as this house starts looking more and more like a finished home.
