Copperfield Pool Copperfield Pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and is open to only residents of the Copperfield HOA. Come help us make this summer a great one!

05/31/2021. Both pools are ready for use. Weather looks favorable soon. Please come and enjoy the your pool.

5/29/2021. Hello HOA members. The equipment for the big pool has been repaired and operational. Hopefully the water quality, clarity and temperature will be at the optimum within a day or so. Please contact the pool direct for update status.

Hello HOA members. The pool season is beginning to wind down. 25 days left. Last day the pool will be open is Labor Day, September 7th. On this day, normal swim from 11 AM - 6 PM and dog swim (popular event from the past) from 6-8 PM. The stairs aquired this year should make it much easier for the dogs to exit the pool. In the mean time, please utilize the pool as often as possible. It is our greatest hope that your experiences at the pool so far this year have been most pleasurable. Restrictions placed this year would not allow for activities we enjoyed in the past. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this unusual time. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome. The water is warm and clean. COME ENJOY!!!!!

HOA members. We are having issues with the phone at the pool. If you want to contact the pool, please try using our email address at [email protected] or come to the pool. If capacity is your concern, it is rare for us to come close to this restriction. Water is pristine and warm. Please come and use the facility.

Senior swim time??? If you are interested in a specific senior swim time, please stop by the pool and inform the pool staff. If you have senior neighbors that may not get this message, please let them know abouot this possibilty. During this uncertain time with Covid restrictions, we want to make the pool use available to as many HOA members as possible, especially to those that may have social distancing concerns. Pool is open. Come have some FUN.

HOA members. Reminder the pool opens TODAY at 3:00. A reminder to bring your ID and proof of residence if not on your ID and your gate key card, if previously issued, to be activated. Please follow the Covid19 restrictions and guidance set to allow us to open the pool. We are considering establishing specific time for covid at risk/vulnerable individuals. Please stop at pool to give your input.

Your pool staff has done a GREAT job getting the pool ready in less than a week. Come enjoy and have FUN at the pool!!!!

The current COVID 19 orders from the Governor prohibiting HOA pools from opening is expected to be released on June 4th. The Copperfield pool is planning on opening at 3pm on June 12th following the very strict guidelines set forth.

The pool capacity will be set at 50 persons max total at any one time, with groups limited to families residing in the same household, not to exceed 10 persons per group.

Unfortunately, this means NO POOL PASSES will be sold to preserve capacity for the homeowners of the Copperfield HOA. The board wishes we could open the pool to our community and looks forward to seeing everyone again in 2021.

There are other restrictions and guidelines, including a reservation system that are being set up. They will be posted and emailed to the HOA members before the pool's opening.

Your HOA board wants to insure a safe and healthy summer by the pool within the COVID crisis rules. So we again ask your patience as we are working to make the best decision possible.

Hello Copperfield HOA homeowners. Want to reach out to you on FB for those that may not yet have signed up on our new Copperfield website. Our new website provides a lot of information such as governing documents, meeting minutes, ability to monitor you account and more expeditious communication methods for your questions and concerns. The capability to send out member mass email on important issues will allow us to keep you better informed on HOA matters. You are highly encouraged to sign up on your new HOA website so you can become better informed on your HOA operations and events. Thank you.

The current COVID 19 orders from the Governor prohibiting HOA pools from opening has been extended through June 1st. So the Copperfield pool cannot open until the order is amended or lifted

With the current order going thru June 1st, this years pool season will still be delayed by 3 to 4 weeks, if we are allowed to open at all. The Governor has promised an update on or before June 1st and the HOA board will base its decision on any pool opening after the guidelines are released.

Your HOA board wants to insure another safe and healthy summer by the pool, so we again ask your patience as we are working to make the best decision possible.
