As Safety Week comes to a close, we’re reminded that safety is more than a checklist. It’s a commitment we make to each other every day. This year’s theme, All In Together, reflects the mindset that keeps our teams strong, accountable, and focused on what matters most: making sure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.

Throughout the week, we reinforced the pillars of Recognize, Respond, and Respect:

Recognize potential hazards before work begins
Respond quickly and responsibly to changing jobsite conditions
Respect the people, processes, and standards that protect every crew member

From daily jobsite safety meetings and hands-on training to proper PPE use and continued education, safety remains part of every pour, every task, and every decision we make.
