LABORER
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Perform Labor-Intensive tasks including using a shovel, rake and assisting crew members.
-Must be able to provide manual labor in the Florida heat. 40-45 hours weekly, depending on the workload.
- Operate a double drum steel wheel roller to compact road materials such as shell and or asphalt millings.
- Various manual labor tasks like shoveling dirt, shell, concrete chunks, etc. Raking, watering in asphalt millings, etc. Operating a compaction roller.
- Engage in various other labor tasks that support our projects as customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
-All other duties as assigned.
-You will be representing the owners of the company. Appropriate attire and appearance is a requirement. On or off the job conduct which adversely affects the operations of our company or reputation will not be tolerated. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and doing the job right and respecting our customers.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Positive attitude with a no-drama approach.
- Must be drug-free.
**Location:**
Primarily Highlands and Hardee counties, however our service area is Central Florida.
**Salary:**
- Negotiable based upon experience and willingness to work.
-Additional increase after successfully completing 90 day probationary period.
