🚧 HELP WANTED — CONCRETE LABORERS & FINISHERS 🚧

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our concrete crew!
💵 Starting wage: $18/hour
Earn additional pay for EACH approved skill set:
✅ Raking, hand floating & edging — +$2/hour
✅ Bull floating & broom finishing — +$2/hour
✅ Straight edging — +$2/hour
✅ Concrete forming — +$2/hour
✅ Grade work & layout — +$2/hour
✅ Ability to saw-cut clean, straight relief joints — +$0.50/hour
Your skills determine your pay! Each skill set you demonstrate and receive approval for adds to your hourly wage, whether you already know it or learn it while working with us.
💵 Additional $2/hour raise after successfully completing the 60-day probation period.
❄️ We also provide winter work snow plowing with trucks or skid loaders!
Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to work
• Show up on time and have good attendance
• Work safely and follow directions
• Work well with others
• Take care of tools and equipment
• Take pride in quality work
