It is very important to hire the right Roofing Contractor when it comes to metal Roofing. Lots of company’s don’t properly flash penetrations, chimneys, and skylights. Caulk is not supposed to be the savior. It will break down in the Florida heat. Check the difference in the 2 skylight flashings. Tell me what one is correct!!!!!
