Lots of work on the today. Got phase 1 complete, which was the first set of columns and I beam in place.

Then we got section 2 mostly taken down, cleaned up and braced. A little work on the floor joist where the beam is going to set and then we're ready for the third column and second I beam to go in!

Been busy getting supports in place so we could blow this wall out! Cohen helped me out this morning busting out the win...

Been busy getting supports in place so we could blow this wall out! Cohen helped me out this morning busting out the window and patio door, and taking down the remainder of the bricks. Tomorrow our first section of I beam and columns will go in, then on to section 2.

Back to working on the renovation! Got this big temporary support beam built and put up today. Tomorrow I'll install ...

Wrapped up this egg smoker table this evening! Someone brought me a bunch of saw milled oak boards and asked me to make him something special out of them. Used 2x2 square tubing inlaid with the oak boards.

Lots accomplished today. Shower plumber Mini split wired up and working Loft floor put down and started on the bottom.
