Rising over a hilltop is this project in West Seattle. This home had one of the most complicated building sections I have ever done. An internal tower rises to take you atop a roof deck with complicated stair turns for 4 floors.

Exterior is Ceraclad and Cor-ten steel with cedar soffits.

All aglow on a beautiful evening in the PNW.

Portal House. Located in the Queen Anne neighborhood, this home wraps around an inner private Asian inspired courtyard. Seen from 3 rooms in this custom home, the entry portal takes you outside at every chance.

Inside, just off the main entry is the theater and art hallway. Ditching traditional floor plans this house invites you to lounge right away or enjoy a private art stroll as you walk deeper into the residence.

Incredible view of the downtown Seattle skyline from this stunning project (built by the owner!) in West Seattle.

As the crisp air of fall approaches our region, an outdoor fire is very appealing.

Introducing the latest ground up new build in the office: the Sound House. One block from Puget Sound and nestled in an idyllic Pacific Northwest landscape is this 4,000 sf home in Edmonds, WA.

The existing property has been in the family for a few generations. Several unique features of the new house will include geothermal heat, wood shop, and elevator.

Slated for construction in 2025. Stay tuned for drone build shots next year.
