Dave Fasoldt is a seasoned builder, with fourteen years experience as the owner and primary tradesman of a residential remodel business in Seattle. Dave is now the foreman and project manager of every Fasoldt Gardens installation and project. We’re proud of our extensive construction experience. We contract each project with a fixed price quotation. The cost of each project has been carefully considered so you will know the exact cost of your project before it begins. We’re proud to use only salaried employees on our crews. We are licensed as a General Contractor in Washington State and have the requisite industrial insurance and bonding as mandated by the state department of Labor and Industries. We are a trained installer of Rain Gardens and Cisterns for Seattle Public Utilities Rainwise program
