Building Envelope Consulting Firm based in Seattle, WA -
Inspection, Design, Oversight services rel

Evolution Architecture's focus and experience, as an adaptive reuse architect, is to restore, repurpose, and reposition buildings into long-term performance assets. We begin by documenting and evaluating the existing condition of the building(s). A feasibility study is then created for the client to select an appropriate architectural design solution to fit their needs and budget. This is followed by a customized design package utilized for bidding, permitting, and construction. During the construction process, Evolution Architecture will provide periodic field inspections, facilitate client/contractor interface, and perform compliance reviews to ensure the work is being performed per plans and specifications.

112 Mariners fans, one amazing night! ⚾💙

Evolution Architecture filled the Trident Deck with community managers, contractors, legal teams, and lenders we’re fortunate to work with throughout our industry.

Thank you for coming out, cheering on the Mariners, and spending the evening with Team Evo! This event has become a highlight of our year, and it’s the people who make it so special.

What a week to be a 12! 💙💚

Fresh off the Seattle Seahawks’ Super Bowl LX championship ~ and yesterday’s season-opening win ~ we’re excited to share how Evolution Architecture recently joined the NFL right here in our community.

This year, we had the privilege of joining Empower at The Bridge, The Bridge Eco-Village, NFL Community, our Seattle Seahawks and former Seahawk Legend Garry The Bridge Builder at The Red Barn Ranch in Auburn, where volunteers came together to build 16 new garden beds. The Bridge transforms underused properties into vibrant, sustainable eco-villages that bring together agriculture, affordable housing, education, innovation, commerce and community, and the Red Barn Ranch is an exciting example of that vision taking root (literally) and we’re proud to have played a small part in helping it grow.

Thank you Garry, The Bridge and everyone who came together to make the day such a success. We can’t wait to see what grows here - both in the garden beds and throughout the community.

💙💚

9 Holes + Great Company ⛳

Last week, Evolution hosted our first 9-hole scramble for a group of 25 community managers, along with some of our favorite contractor and vendor partners.

It was a fun afternoon of golf, friendly competition, and a lot of time to catch up with people we enjoy working with. We wrapped up with lunch and awards before calling it a day.
