HELP NEEDED:
Revision Homes is HIRING!

Looking to hire a full-time carpenter as soon as possible!

You must have experience. A minimum of five years.
If you have project management experience, even better. I need someone who shows up to work consistently and not only focuses on the tasks that are assigned to them, but also has an eye for all things happening on the job site and can be aware of the big picture. Building houses is a team effort and we, as the general contractor, need to be the guys watching over all of the subs and making sure they are all thinking of each other and what is coming next in the process.

You must have general knowledge of the residential building code.

You must be willing and capable to complete these tasks at a minimum, but not limited to:

-demo
- you must be capable of lifting at least 75 pounds
-You must be capable of going up and down ladders
-Framing
-Installing windows
-Properly installing exterior doors
- basic knowledge of siding and weatherproofing a house
-caulking (yes this is important and you must know how to do it and do it well)
- paint touchup/general painting
-Installation of finish hardware such as cabinet handles, door, handles, towel, bars, mirrors, etc.
-Basic finish carpentry skills, such as installing baseboard, interior doors, and or door casing.
-drywall patching skills is a big bonus!

These are only a few bullet points, but I’m looking for someone who iss well rounded, willing and capable.

The pay is depending on experience. It also depends on what you bring to the table, such as a work, vehicle and tools. The more stuff you already own, the more value you bring to the table, the more you get paid.

If you’re looking for a job where I’m going to provide you a van full of tools, gas card, full benefits and you just gotta hop in and show up, this may not be the job for you. Go find a position in the union!

I can be flexible when it comes to how you want to get paid whether it’s hourly or salary, bonuses or commissions, let’s figure out something that works for both of us. I just need someone who is motivated and wants to come to work every day and make s**t happen!!

Hey guys, me again! Looking to hire a full-time carpenter/handyman. I posted this a few times and you’ll never guess… I haven’t hired anyone. 😜

Need someone who’s worth a damn. Someone who has some work ethic and will show up on time and actually has some skills and knows how to use tools.

Pay Is dependent on experience and what they bring to the table. Send someone my way and if they get hired and last longer than six months, I will pay you $500 referral fee.

Looking for a carpenter/handyman that I can rely on. Someone who can do pick up framing, install exterior doors, sliding glass doors, and able to complete miscellaneous punchlist items for houses being sold and warranty related items. I’m getting too busy and need someone I can call and know they will show up and not hack the job or make it worse!

Looking for some shop space/warehouse space to move the headquarters for Revision Homes!

Ideally, it would be along the I-5 corridor anywhere from Northgate to Georgetown. I’m open to different ideas and different styles of properties. here are my must haves:

-parking for at least four vehicles, trailers must be allowed as well.
-Minimum 1000 ft.² up to 3000 ft.²
-Ability to frame or create office space if one does not already exist
-Drive up access to warehouse space, interior parking is a plus.
-I don’t want a retail storefront, I know some buildings require this.
