On-site at Hob Cote Residence. The foundation pour is underway on a high bank site overlooking Lake Washington. After months of design and prep, this is the moment a project starts to feel real: first glimpse of scale, first read on how it sits on the site. Great morning on site with the team.

Soaking up every minute of summer. We took a stroll down Memory Lane to revisit our Canal Street project. A big thank you to Turnstyle and Imperfetta for helping make it such a great evening!

The cat’s officially out of the bag. Currently in the Seattle Times is a wonderful article about the future home of chamber music in Seattle. Heliotrope is honored to be part of this project, which aspires to be nothing short of the best space in North America to experience chamber music. Shout-out to our incredible consultant team, including Sellen Construction, Arup, LightPlanNW, Swenson Say Faget, Kirkegaard Acoustics/Integrated Systems Design, and theshalleckcollaborative.
