Join us tomorrow, March 19, for an engaging evening with Turner’s Jim Jhingan and Ryan Smith as they take the stage at AACE Seattle’s first in-person technical presentation of 2026.
Jim and Ryan will break down how three powerful tools, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), SmartPM, and InTakt, work together to strengthen schedule accuracy, increase transparency, and support more informed project decisions. From Lean Pull Planning to real-time analytics and takt-based field alignment, this integrated approach is helping teams drive predictability and deliver with greater confidence.

Thank you to the leaders, builders, and professionals across our office who continue to move our work forward and inspire those around you.

50 Years Strong | 50 Projects That Built Our Legacy

Parkview Plaza Condominiums - Seattle | 1981 | High-Rise Residencial

Parkview Plaza Condominiums represents the start of Turner Construction Company’s high-rise residential experience in Washington.

Located on Seattle’s First Hill, this 144,074 square foot, 18-story concrete condominium includes 52 residential units with underground parking for 61 vehicles.

This project helped lay the groundwork for decades of high-rise residential construction and shaped how we continue to build vertically across Washington today.

Construction on Sunbreak is set to begin this year in Seattle’s U District!!!

Developed by Bellwether Housing in partnership with the University of Washington, the 16-story high-rise will deliver 244 affordable and workforce apartments, with 40% of the homes serving residents at 60% AMI or below. The project also includes a 6,000-square-foot early learning childcare center with a dedicated outdoor play space, expanding access to both housing and family-centered resources.

Sunbreak is among the projects supported by the City of Seattle’s 2025 housing funding awards, which allocate $155 million toward 2,116 homes across 20 buildings.
