A little preparation now can make a big difference when the weather turns. Here are a few things to check around your home:

1) Check your surge protection
2) Charge phones and backup power sources
3) Know what to unplug during an outage
4) Make sure your generator setup is safe
5) Test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
6) Know how to open your garage door manually
7) Clear gutters, drains, and problem branches
8) Keep your distance from downed power lines and always assume they are energized

We’re proud to have been part of a Seattle first.

Exact Electric recently completed electrical work on the conversion of 201 Queen Anne Avenue North from commercial office space into 75 residential units. According to KING 5, the development marks the first major office-to-residential conversion in Seattle in recent memory.
